Doni is an associate attorney at Jayaram Law who practices in the areas of intellectual property prosecution and litigation, commercial litigation, contract drafting, media law, technology and internet law, and music and entertainment law. She is an intelligent and passionate lawyer, who approaches legal issues with an analytical yet creative mindset, aiming to bring about the best possible solution for clients.

Doni is a member of the Illinois bar and the General Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. She additionally serves as Vice Chair for the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division committee on Intellectual Property and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association Media and Entertainment Law Committee and Lawyers for the Creative Arts.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Doni received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in May, 2015 where she was awarded a certificate in Law, Technology & The Arts and contributed as a senior research editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet. Additionally, she loves to travel, and in law school spent time in Bangkok focusing on IP issues in the Asian counterfeit market through WIPO. She is a proud alumna of Rochester Institute of Technology where she received her B.S. in New Media Publishing in 2012.  In her free time, Doni can be found trying new restaurants, rooting for the Cavs, or scoping out Chicago’s best music venues. She is also an avid typography enthusiast, and the niche field of font-law is what initially led her to pursue a legal career.
